Who is in charge of recognizing their schools as being accredited? Get rid of that, then nobody will want to waste money going to a Canadian University, and their useless policy gets rendered useless.
Never in my life have I EVER heard about someone preferring something from a Canadian University. It's like "Oh, well I have heard about the fake degree mills in Apefrica but I have NEVER heard about someone from Canadia".
