Daylight savings causes many negative health issues. Heart attacks for one, increase when the clocks change. This is the true reason for the clock changes. It messes with your natural circadian rhythm.
This is only half keyed. Not having to change the clocks anymore is good, but the permanent DST is gonna make things extra shitty in the winter with those 9:00 sunrises.
I have lived close to the Canadian border, even with the changing of clocks we'd still be getting to work/school before the sun was up and when we left, the sun was either setting or about to. It won't make much of a difference for us to stop fucking with the clocks, who cares about them, every time zone in the US should just drop this bullshit changing of the clocks.
Arizona, Saskatchewan, and as well as yours truly are models for the other states and provinces to follow.
Arizona doesn't fuck with the clocks, neither does Hawaii.
DST was to reduce people's exposure to the sun. Anything else that you may have heard is made up.
Every time someone brings up "farmers and ranchers" I say "use google/search for a minute and see that you are stupid and lied to".
