The interesting part is that it is the “upper caste” Indians doing the beach shitting and littering. Their mindset is that someone else will clean up after them. That could explain not picking up your garbage, but you have to be a disgusting person to shit in a hole and bury it instead of going to a modern washroom. Even their upper caste behave like animals.
