The police have made it clear they won't arrest trudeau, at least while he is in power, because they quickly hide behind a couple of legal loopholes as reason to not do their job.
In a committee hearing several weeks ago one of the conservative MPs interviewed top RCMP level about arresting trudeau for crimes under existing law and he replied he was denied access to evidence by trudeau for national security reasons. Although, when asked if the evidence was released by the next government would they reopen the case he replied they would. I suspect the RCMP are loyal communists though so not holding my breath.
