One of the other bullshit excuses was he couldn't find Canadians to do some of the tougher jobs in more remote areas so that's why they brought in the infiltrators. Once again I go back to the point of you're not going to get someone to move up to the Yukon territories for 17.50 an hour. Pay them a living wage to go up there and you'll get true blue blooded North Americans.
