Sounds like she goes to an interview feeling like a victim. She needs to go in with an attitude of positive thinking and have intelligent answers to the questions the interviewer asks. Do not bring up race or politics ever in an interview, they are looking for someone to make them money not to fill a quota or anything. If that is her image, she looks like she might be slightly downs syndrome and that could be the problem, her face looks like the special people I've worked with and the employer might not want someone that they think appear to be of lower intelligence. I like places that give tests like one I remember "On a railroad track that turns to the left is the turn banked and on what side" that is a tool I totally approve of for getting employed having basic knowledge or stuff.
