For someone that is usually very logical, he is making little sense.

Make it women ages 18-25, men ages 18-40, as well as free admission and NO professional requirements for the men, and you MIGHT get more men. Guys don't date their own age, and putting professional requirements just reeks of feminism and women looking for a sugar daddy.

The women will still shoot them down, because if they're this desperate their standards are obviously way higher than what they offer, refusing to settle for anything less than the millionaire bodybuilder poet rockstar philosopher astronaut of their dreams, but who knows.
