exactly...the legal response to this tyranny is so laughable. She is "hopeful" that "case management" will take this on for the first hearing at the end of March.
The judicial system likes to claim that they operate independently from the executive branch but when they show blatant favouritisim for the government by acting swiftly to their requests, while simultaneously dragging their feet on holding the government to accountability, how can anyone take them seriously?
