Barber, who owns a trucking company, agreed with the bail conditions that he can no longer support the protest verbally, on TV or online. Barber, who employs four other truck drivers, put up a $100,000 bond to secure his bail.

Literally nothing has been broken. They crack down on one man who gets charged with basically nothing, "mischief" and "obstruction" he plays opossum to avoid trumped up charges and make bail, then everyone else goes on without him. The protest is 'put big vehicles in a public place and make a lot of noise' and 'troll the government with diversions and run their blockades with food and fuel' it isn't exactly a logistical nightmare to maintain once it is in place.
