The only way they win is by not being violent or destructive. As soon as they cross that line, they justify all violence used against them.

I think you're right, but if the streets are cleared then what is the next move? Simply don't work? That could be effective. Once the stores shelves are empty what then?

They don't need to destroy the roads, but those tractors and bulldozers could plow snow ONTO the streets. Spray the snow with some light water to ice it. Then add layers and repeat.

For sure. Right now only a minority of truckers are off the road. There are thousands more working. If a significant percentage of them stop, the food stops. I think it's a real consideration. That might be part of why it's been so peaceful.
I think the government has already lost. It's just a question of by how much at this point. If they push things to the point where the food stops rolling, the truckers won't take the majority of the blame. The government will.
Even if they federalize trucking, they still need drivers. If they don't show up for work, trucks don't move. I think the government has no other option than to negotiate.

That would be no different than chimps setting fire to their own neighborhoods to protest an officer involved shooting. I sure hope they don't escalate to that point but if it does then a part of me won't discredit it as a false flag.
