Are people counted as partially vaccinates until 14 days after the first dose in Canada as well. I'd like to see how many people are admitted to the hospital for any reason between receiving their first dose and being declared fully vaccinated.

Not a thing. And no. This is well known and posted about over and over and over. The biggest (((catch))) is that if you are vaxxed and die, you aren't considered vaxxed.
