i have a different idea. a womens pussypass has prevented prison from ever being a serious deterrant to any criminal impulses that may form in a females mind. if you may forgive me from quoting pop culture(weather its factually correct or not is irrelevant), a woman decades ago became immortalised in US culture for demanding she receive an equal sentence to a male in her position. i happen to have a couple dollar coins bearing her likeness in my collection.
perhaps if we let the grotesque mutants known as trannies have their fill of female prisoners then the possibility, no matter how slight, of being forcibly impregnated by genetic dead ends will be be motivation to avoid committing crimes that the justice system refuses to be.
