Brenda Luckie is the commissioner of the RCMP and she is ex CIA.
She was the advisor to the state department for the CIA.
Andrew Leslie was the chief of staff of the Canadian forces when he authorized the Canadian Counterinsurgency Manual 2008 that even included a plan to use the viral pandemic to isolate and kill everyone designated a terrorist. That included reformers and traditionalists in their definition.
He later went onto become an MP for Orleans Ontario! Recently stepped down.
Ralf Goodale should be arrested for allowing all this as safety and security minister for years.
