implying the problem isnt intentional
It obviously is and the government is listening to the ones with deep pockets so the carpenters in their eyes can just starve without a job is the message I was showing . Hell they could with the wrong laws gone and the right ones created "Trump move like cars in Mexico" not only jump start that sector but have it running so good they cannot hire enough people from cutting, to saw mill, to drivers, to the guy ringing up the order so they'll high a new high capacity maybe 120% till the new mills to cut the lumber are up and running.
The banning exports would drop the prices quick but not past the cost that the yards bought it at since that loss cannot and I would not ask that but the new stuff after old stock gone would be likely less than 1/2 the current asking price since the Chinese just turn it all into particle board to sell on Amazon at regular prices for garbage product that is often made wrong and will have a very short life compared to real furniture where glue is not almost 50% of the weight being that is what hold all the dust together to seem like wood that has a film finish.
I realized this when I was cleaning apartment walls and the glass cleaner melted the film and the grain was then particle board paneling on my walls. This is how cheap the stuff and my landlord of past are.
Glass cleaner has ammonia in it. It is only recommended for cleaning....glass.
