Canada's debauched faggot twerp in Ottawa has just awarded IBM a 1.2 million dollar contract to design the communist gun confiscation/buyback program. The contract, with all the characteristics of a Potemkin Village in Haiti, implies that IBM will commit their " support of the development, design and implementation of a prohibited firearms byback program "....this is a ruse to funnel money into the globalist network. NOWHERE DOES IT STATE THAT IBM WILL " BUILD " THE PROGRAM, SURE THEY SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION BUT THAT WILL DRAG OUT AT HEAVY COST TO THE TAXPAYER.

Yeah this is the way it goes. My employer has taken government work before - there is no accountability, nothing produced, and it keeps going until the money is all used up. At least you know IBM will do a shitty job.
