21 dollars for some chili with pulled pork...

Pretentious much?

It's not unusual for Edmonton. Even chink noodles is $18 a plate, excluding tip and tax at a mid-range restaurant.

Meanwhile $2 in Mexico gives you more tacos, avocados and actual meat than you can eat. The economy is absolutely fucked.

Definitely pretentious. You'd think since they are communists that the food would be all free.

They are really pushing the no meat agenda.

Great, now I can learn about "carbon literacy"

Diner: "Yeah, I think it would change my dining habits"

Well, it definitely changes mine. I would never dine there because I'd be supporting a bunch of commie faggots. From the shit coming out of Edmonton posted here in the last week it sounds like I wouldn't even want to stop anywhere near there to get gas, let alone eat at one of their fine communist establishments. Even worse, is that people don't see through this as really being a way to normalize "carbon credits" as part of a social credit score.
