It's all the vile disgusting bullshit they're poisoning everyone with, and to fight it first requires an understanding. Anyway, you'll see cultural marxism at every level. Basically, affirm everyone's victimhood to the point where they're totally infantalized. The universities are full of these programs, masquerading as "social justice."
