Gruesome Newsome does it again. Allowing people to subdivide their residential home and build high density housing isn't enough destruction of middle class neighborhoods. Nope, they'll siphon taxpayer money to their "consultant" friends through the "SB 2 Planning Grants" the "Infill Infrastructure Grant Program", the "Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) Program", and the "Multifamily Housing Program (MHP)" to make it happen at 10x the cost while lining their pockets with kickbacks. California is more corrupt than a third world country.
