Only the cheap, mediocre labor will be deported. There are plenty of quality White men to rebuild CA, but it's going to require proper pay and proper payments instead of under-the-table pay deals. They're only whining because it's going to cost them more but they will get better quality work at least.

This really the complaint. They don't want to hire people that will lynch them if they don't pay the agreed on rate.
