To be fair, dyke or not, she was in a shit situation because of budget cuts, disabled hydrants, etc. Nigger mayor is fully to blame for all of the lack of resources. That's not to say that I think this carpet muncher would have done better if she WAS funded, but at least she would have had a fighting chance in this situation
