Weather events such as not capturing water run-off to help with water supply needs; and not upgrading the electric infrastructure so that every year there's a fire caused by one of the electrical companies' old disintegrating and faulty cables and wirings; and not enforcing the border so that illegals flood the streets demanding (and getting) free housing, free food and free medical care.
