When ObamaCare went into effect just about every restaurant chain and the high end places made everyone a part time employee except for the manager to shove those health care costs onto the taxpayers. Do leftists hate restaurants?

The bread exemption is supposed to be that if the chain has 60 or more units nationally and if bread is a stand alone item on the menu that weighs 1/2 pound after it's baked and is fully mixed/produced on site from scratch, then no $20 minimum wage applies.
