Legislative staff estimated it would have cost in the low millions of dollars each year. California had about 1.9 million high school students enrolled in more than 4,000 schools last year, according to the California Department of Education."

I have an idea for a better bill.

Sterilize all of the nigger, spic, and halfrican teenagers.

Ive talked about this before and people always hate this suggestion.

Once you reach the age where you can make babies.. You get a non-hormonal birth control that lasts for 10 years. It can be reversed at any time as long as you meet some criteria.

I know it would be used against people of the less dark skin so its a bad idea overall but it would stop all low IQ births for a decade at least..
