True, but if I'm going to live aboard I want some comfort, not a racer. Plus equipping it with the solar / wind, and water filtration systems is part of the price range I'm thinking.

Well... It is what it is... Better models can be found for that price range, like with a real bed to begin with lol

In my experience there will be reasons that boat is that cheap. Perhaps fiberglass issues somewhere, sails in bad shape, electric issues. Those cushions obviously need redone which can be pricey if you're not going to do it yourself. Could be many things. But you're right there are deals out there.
