Sounds like a 1st amendment issue? The government (judiciary being a branch thereof) cannot infringe on your free speech. The coercion of certain speech being a particularly egregious violation of that, even more so than the censoring of speech. Forcing someone to speak words that they do not believe, or sincerely believe to be a lie is a fundamental breach of the Rights of people, Rights given by God and guaranteed under the US constitution. DA should be up on a major civil rights violation, breach of sworn oath, be sacked and sued by the prosecutor. In a just society, the DA would be hanged. That SHOULD be how it's handled, but the US is in the midst of a Marxist revolution, so the prosecutor has just booked himself in to a stint in a re-education camp.
