The question is, with billions of gallons dropping out of the sky, where does all that water go? Shouldn’t this be enough to end the drought and leave us with oodles of H2O?

Turns out, the answer lies in bad planning, wasted resources and bureaucratic entanglements. Why do I say that? Because most of this water will fly down the LA River and into the ocean, an ephemeral visitor that we fail to capture or effectively utilize. In effect, God is giving us the very answer to one of California’s most vexing problems—and we’re simply letting it slip through our hands.

There is no drought in the SE US. It's a fabrication based on a series of intentional and jewish decisions to dry the region out.

Droughts do not cause water shortages. ZOG does.

Correct, they don't cause but they literally are water shortage.

It might be useful to build an artificial resevoir to capture rain runoff from major storms, rather than letting the water just flow into the ocean. But the cost of such a construction would probably be too great.

The money is much better suited to a high-speed rail project, don't you think?

If it's raining cats and dogs then what does water have to do with it?

Think there’s some sorts of ground water collection and selling to foreign countries. Colorado rice too. Heard something about it.
