This idea is why there were shooting wars in the late 19th century. “We don’t have water so we’re gonna steal yours”. Assholes,the whole damned bunch of them. Now the progressive statists that have championed overpopulation and overdevelopment in a place that can’t support it want to steal everybody else’s water. Let ‘em die of thirst.
