I'm there. A nice, quite farming district with a very low-density rural population, but within 10 minutes of supermarkets and banks. Far enough away from major atomic bomb targets that I probably won't be vaporized if WW3 starts. Enough land to raise my own chickens and grow my own vegetables. A large enough woodlot that I will never lack for firewood. If the electrical grid fails, I will have to dig my own shallow well, but that is doable. The water is good and close to the surface. There's a producing farm a few minutes away that sells its produce every year. It's not a perfect location -- what location is perfect? -- but it's pretty good.
