UBI has already been studied on massive scales and doesn't accomplish what they say it will. Also the principle thing that UBI is supposed to test doesn't work if it is done to individuals surrounded by people not on the program. Of course it will improve peoples lives if; in a given area; only some get extra money and others don't. But that of course isn't UBI, that's just a subsidy, there is nothing Universal about it. So on it's face the methodology of this study is a farce. It's just reparations.
