you're argument is correct as usual. but I don't think the people in San Jose care about being correct, only if they can get another excuse to take guns away from white people or prevent white people from buying guns they would buy if it was easier.

This law (idea) has already been killed by the SCOTUS. They need to have to PAY millions in a class action against communist/insanity.
