They don't call it Commiefornia for nothing. Healthcare bought through my job plus even if I add in buying optional life insurance, plus optional extra disability plus etc. is far far far significantly less than the $12,000 per year tax proposed for universal commie health care.

Welcome to Texas! I have 5.1 acres 45 min north west of San antonio. I'm building small town homes with access to a well and 1.5 acres for raised bed gardening
But you are still in TEXAS. Lets not paint a picture of Paradise. I seem to recall they couldn't power the state, wanted to take weapons away and let every spic through the gate.
Yes it is nice but it has its own issues.
True but not commie for it issues. Also I'm out side urban area have a well and trying to get as off grid as possible so I avoid alot of the problems
