Yes they do. Californians are mentally disabled. They've been that way since the 1960's. They vote in literal subhuman filth as their elected officials, who make their lives miserable, then the populace blames "flyover country" and "red states" as for the reason for their misery.

AND THEY KEEP VOTING THE SAME PARTY IN. IT NEVER CHANGES.
