i mean that is fine(pun not intend on writing) but what was the point of parking tickets? wasnt it to create cyclical recharge of customers so the small businesses get more consumers? insane amount sure mainly due to tickets being need to fund the department, but its not a bad concept on premis(not the article, tickets)
