No I did not.

I specifically said zone it as residential and let people build however they like INSTEAD OF creating new residential zoning rules where there are 60 flavors of what residential zoning means. The context of the news is CA banning certain types of building within residential zones. I should not have to explain this to you because we all read the same exact articles. Keep it to the 3 zones and let the market decide everything else: business, industrial, residential.

That's infringing on the property rights of neighboring property owners. If it's going to be legal for people to build however they want, it has to also be legal for people to block certain types from moving in to the neighborhood.
