This is why California sucks, they try to codify every fad driven 'special need' into law way before there is any significant demand for it.
If demand necessitates a gender neutral section, retail will be incentivized to create them.
This is needless meddling. The state should stick to fixing the roads and the gross tax rate.

This will only increase online shopping. All it does is make things harder to find in the store. Thus shopping is more annoying and time consuming than it already is.

There is a reason we have sections! So what is next? No more bath, kitchen, or toy sections. Just throw the crap randomly around the store. People will love it!
