I’m gonna go ahead and be the first asshole to go there: I’m gonna call it now. This storm didn’t earn the recognition of shutting everyone’s power off for potentially a week or more. This rain event was weak by any standard. There was a planned shutdown in conjunction with this “atmospheric river”.

Why not? A lot of people are down and out at the moment. Why not kick them a bit. Sit back and enjoy watching them lose all the food in their freezer and fridge while they freeze half to death in the homes they are forced to stay in. Can’t even go to work to stay warm, or the gym to get a shower.

We had some decent breeze, enough to fuck up some old shitty wires or something that had our power out here in a big part of the harbor for a few coldish hours, but they fixed it pretty fast all in all.

I am pretty sure it was actually caused by reptilians from the moon, which is flat.

Of course the moon is flat, that's why you only see one side.

Makes perfect sense today. We had a gay Kenyon president with a tranny partner and fake children. Now we have an incoherent criminal actor in chief and a tranny health zar.

I'm sure glad my great grandad died on the beaches of Normandy for this.
