Soo, four comments later, and you still can’t explain what you think a “real” currency is.

You have no point at all, no matter how much you try to divert the conversation into the technical side of crypto or try to pry a strawman into the argument about how you think I use bitcoin. Completely irrelevant and completely wrong.

You said it’s not a real currency. Define a real currency or admit your comment is retarded.

cur·ren·cy [ˈkərənsē] NOUN a system of money in general use in a particular country: "the dollar was a strong currency"

Now, if i google faggot will your picture show up? Like how hard was it fucking google currency. Is bitcoin in general use? Will it every be in general use? NO. bitcoin is not a currency. Does bitcoin have features to allow it to become a currency. NO

Uhhhhhhh. Hey dumbass. Bitcoin is the official national currency of El Salvador.

https://www.reuters.com/world/americas/el-salvador-approves-first-law-bitcoin-legal-tender-2021-06-09/

Under the law, bitcoin must be accepted by firms when offered as payment for goods and services. Tax contributions can also be paid in the cryptocurrency.

"If you go to a McDonald's or whatever, they cannot say we're not going to take your bitcoin, they have to take it by law because it's a legal tender," President Bukele said in an online conversation he held with crypto-currency industry figures in parallel to the debate in Congress.

So by your own definition, btc is de facto a real currency. El Salvador even offers automatic citizenship to anyone owning three bitcoins. Three. Imagine the US giving automatic citizenship to anyone who had three dollars. Yes, it’s in general use, and it’s highly valuable.

Also, by your own definition, the dollar is a real currency, despite literally being nothing but a piece of paper that can be printed at will by officials and only has value because Americans decide to accept it in exchange for goods. At least there is a limited amount of bitcoin, dollars can be made whenever your owners decide they want more to exist.

People perceive it to have value so it has value. My point from the very beginning.

You have done nothing to prove that your idea of “real currency” isn’t utterly fucking retarded, and have done more to prove that you have no fucking clue what is actually happening with bitcoin in the real world, because you watched a YouTube video about SHA one time and decided that was enough.

Try again.

Faggot.
