Under Kansas law, 18 year-olds are already allowed to open carry, but suddenly become felons if they put on a jacket or hoodie that covers their otherwise legally possessed and carried firearm.

Jersey has famously been a shoot to kill or get killed state when it comes to any firearm law being broken. Based off the way statutory laws work in Jersey, your better off shooting back at the cops and dying in a firefight, than spending 20 year in jail. A despicable state if ive ever seen one
