He had a mob running after him, one guy had tackled him and was holding onto to him while another as going to hit him with the metal trunks of a skateboard (a deadly weapon). It seems like it would be a pretty clear cut ruling.

Doesn’t look like there are any updates. The original articles, however, said they were looking at not allowing a self defense plea because he “three innocent women to the ground first.”
