I actually shot an old raven that I think was a cobra clone (why someone would do that is beyond me) chambered in .25 of all calibers. Jammed 50% of the time. Ridiculous.
I've fired 1 cobra clone, and that's how it ran. I don't remember the caliber.
I've got a friend who likes the little berettas in .25 (with the flip up barrel you can insert a round). IDK the model off the top of my head. Often, that round you inserted into the barrel is the only one that fires without issue.

Bobcat is chambered in .25, tomcat is .32

Yeah that's the older brother of the bobcat/tomcat. Beretta makes beautiful guns.
