I don't know what Israeli carry is, but I leave my chamber empty. I'm fast at racking and I like the added safety of it. I also don't like safety's on firearms, I believe they are more dangerous for a number of reasons.

The locking pin is built into the frame on a browning, so there's no need to leave chamber empty. Israeli carry = leave chamber empty and rack on use

I wont be using that term "Israeli carry", it was done before Israel even existed.
I do it not due to a possible drop, I do it because I have kids and I'm fast enough at racking that it doesn't make a difference. I want that firearm, even if the trigger is pulled to not go off unless It's been racked.
