Ironically Bozeman had a lot of Trump flags, so i dont even think Bozeman is that liberal. The entire liberal majority is a show of illusion to me. Montana legalized weed, and disbanded any anti gun legislation in one passing. So mixed priorities is better than wrong prioties, kinda?
Those are very positive things, there is no fucking reason to have weed illegal (or any drug for that matter). Good to hear about the stopping of anti-gun stuff.
Some people (on "both" sides of the isle) seem to have trouble letting adults be adults. They think they need to be the teachers of a kindergarten and tell everyone what they should be doing with their lives.
I honestly have no issue with it, beyond the fact that some cities have been destroyed in the process of legalizing weed. However, its hard to say if it was the weed, or the generous welfare benefits that caused the great migration to those cities. Beyond that, large sections of Montana do not have building inspectors, or even a functional established city. Most everything is run at a super local level, where if you dont know your neighbor, you be fucked
See, welfare that's an issue. Take from some and give to others, it's immoral to begin with and creates a cycle of poverty. Of course it also raises taxes and increases government reliance and size.
People can donate to non-profits to help others if they want.
Weed legalization has messed some places up because it was done incrementally in specific spots instead of all over. It should have never been allowed by the constitution.
