The money should be given to the cops that were falsely accused and imprisoned. All of the people involved in their jailing should be brought up on criminal charges and the burn loot murder org leaders and assets taken to pay the businesses effected by the chaos they caused.

Unless I am reading the autopsy report wrong, that isn't the cause of death. It's the title of the report.
