If you haven't already, you may want to check out this documentary (youtube.com). In that, they mention the protein closest to human meat is most easily broken down and utilized for re-building human muscles ... essentially making a scientific case for cannibalism.
Thank's for sharing the documentary. Just downloaded it. It's amazing to think that when we see the zombies eating people, when the zombie Apocalypse gets here, they're actually eating healthier than the vegans are. Lol. I'm looking at the movie Soylent Green with a whole new perspective now. Lol
Mostly it just pokes holes at the UN diet agenda of no meat, but there is a couple of short scenes where the make the case indirectly ... but not fully. It's in interesting documentary and it's by the guy who does those vegan: epitome of nourishment vids. In those, he documents various vegan youtubers decline in health over the years.
Yeah, humans evolved eating meat. Vegans always end up with poor health, which they can't attribute to anything they eat, so they remain unhealthy. Lol
