I am one of those losers who is still on kikebook. I use it to share photos of my kids with my family. I also use it for a couple groups. I rarely post anything other than pics. I have no idea of what the moisture content is, but if you don't use the honey fairly quickly it hardens and you need to give it a hot water bath to soften it. My understanding from others who tend bees, is that is a sign of good pure honey. Super thick like you stated. I often reach an abv of 18-21% in my meads. You can get honey from him from various tropical blossoms. Each has different undertones in their flavor.
