Here's some year old Raspberry Skeeter Pee(lemonade) It came out crystal clear. The ABV is right at about 13%. This is where I like most of my fruit wines. Any higher and the alcohol over powers the fruit flavor.

Here's my recipe.

I used Simply Raspberry Lemonade 1 gallon 1 tsp yeast nutrient 1/2 tsp pectic enzyme 1/2 tsp yeast Energizer 2 lbs(4 cups) sugar

Pretty neat! You say you don't open it up until a year has passed!?

All wine is best aged at least a year, 2 even better. However, this particular recipe is ready to drink in 3 months. Not many wines that you can get away with that on. Mostly the high acid ones can be drank at a low age.

Great! I have stuck to beer and some hard sodas, which this reminds me of.

I wanna try my hand at beer someday. I'll need to clear out some room in the basement first. Gonna have to butter up the wife lol

You can also use this same recipe but use orange juice instead. A month before bottling put a vanilla bean in the gallon and it tastes just like orange creamcicles (not sure of spelling)
