Should be fair. Raisins add sugar lot of it how muc yeast was used?
I stuck a pack of lavlin idk what strain id have to find the packet. good up to 5 gallons
then it should perculate for a good bit and produce a fairly sweet wine. id keep it the charboy, bucket what ever about 70 and let it sit til it finished which wiill depend entirely on the fruits sugar content hopefully it percs for atleast 2 months which would net a very nice smoother wine. hope it comes out good for ya. sounds as it will be tastey.
Thanks! I opened another bottle of my apple wine I made back in november last night and its not bad. Definitely drinkable but i can do better. each month its tasting less harsh as it bottle ages.
