Bring it to . Hitting some french wine after switching from Coors. Busted my ass all week. Back killing me
I just began this year. I currently have 5 gallons of blueberry bulk aging. 5 gallons of skeeter pee (lemonade), 2 gallons of apple, 2 gallons of dandelion mead, 2 gallons of peach and a gallon of watermelon. All roughly 5 months old.
Last weekend I put 5 gallons of pineapple and 2 gallons of cucumber mint into secondary.
I'm thinking of making a pineapple jalapeno, a sassafras, and an apple cider before the end of the month.
No one explained this hobby would become addictive lol.
Ill be honest. You got me beat. Isnt it though! The science too i like from my engineering background. Made a few meads and wines. Very cool stuff.
I've always been like that. I'm a very curious person. My whole attic is full of hobbies I've picked up for the sheer enjoyment of learning something new. I figured since the world is about to fall apart it would be intelligent to learn a skill or two that I could use to barter with. My fiancee bought me a 5 gallon still for our 5th anniversary because I said I wanted to learn to distill next. Funny thing is I'm gonna have to find people to give all this alcohol to. I rarely drink, but I will say that these wines and mead taste amazing.
