"Not all X" / "But I'm not X" - look, I get it, you want to be the sane voice after all these years. Thanks! But most of the damage is done.

I know it's hard to grasp, but we boomers are really greatest generation. Hell, we let many of you live, didn't we. Pretty damn big of us if ya ask me.

He posted this because I told him to "paint with a smaller brush". Another victim instead of tackling the world he has to deal with.

I do, however, have to take issue with the "greatest generation". My folks dealt with WWII, the depression, and the dust bowl. I'm not sure how well I could handled all of that and I know damn well these kids today wouldn't haven't done more than whine and expect the big bad government, who they both hate and love, to save them. I am mildly amused.

Pretty much my feeling as well, though I disagree on "greatest."

For all the talk about despising boomers, the ire is directed at everybody BUT the boomer legislators and bankers who are wreaking all kinds of havoc. You don't get angry at the people who bought into the Ponzi scheme at its earliest stages, you get angry at the people who set it up. (and yes that includes Silicon Valley)

I honestly can't be the only person who views (And I claim to be a misanthrope partly because of this observation.)

"Furbaby" becoming a colloquial term...the growing pet accessory retail market...more money spent towards animal welfare while homeless walk the streets and children are kidnapped, sold, and killed...Harry Harlow's worst nightmares come true.
