I've read a little about this. The going theory is that there is going to be a MASSIVE collapse in property value since people can't afford to buy and those inheriting wont be able to pay the taxes on it and will be forced to sell.

We all know that is going to be when blackrock/state street/etc swoop in and buy it all up and turn it into rentals to further create a new "renter class" that will never own again.

This is the accurate answer.

The correct one is to kick out the jews before that happens.

We need to make it illegal for any entity or their sub-entities / owners /etc to own too many "single family properties". Blackrock is buying entire sub divisions before they are even built and making them all into rentals. Why is no one talking about shit like this being a cause to the insane housing costs?

This should be fucking a fucking crime..

Because if you talk about it, you might end up with laws prohibiting corporations from owning so much real estate, and that foils their plan of owning everything and creating that slave renter class they’ve been planning for 50+ years.

Why can’t you build a house for yourself by yourself? Because with code enforcement the average person is priced out of building. This wasn’t the case a couple of generations ago. Your grandparents were able to buy land, put a cottage or cabin on it and expand as they had the funds to do so. Go ahead, price out what it would cost to have a 1 or 2 room cabin built. Prices where I am are 600+ per sq foot. $600K for a small, 1000 ft sq modest home, and then there are tap fees, permit fees, and a host of hidden costs to deal with.

We are being priced out of housing AS PLANNED.
